How Does It Work?
Video session is not all that different from in-person session. Together both you and the instructor will determine the length and frequency of the appointments. The sessions depend on your needs and expertise of the instrutor. Carla's focus is strength and mobility training that leads to a pain free body and movement ease on daily activities and things you do for fun. Her approach involves Pilates repertoire, functional movement drills, and massage therapy. The last one she focuses on teaching self-muscle-release techniques.
